Study on Revamp of Cyclohexanone Dehydrogenation Heating Furnace System
Aiming at the problems such as low thermal efficiency,great harm of molten salt medium and poor system safety in the dehydrogenation furnace of cyclohexanone unit in a petrochemical company,the causes are analyzed and corresponding measures are taken with good effect.The results show that the main reasons for the low operating thermal efficiency of dehydrogenation furnace are unreasonable furnace structure,low burner efficiency,ash accumulation in furnace tube and high smoke exhaust temperature.The main reason for the great harm of the heat medium molten salt is that it is a dangerous chemical and operates in a high temperature environment for a long time.The main reason for the poor safety of the system is that the molten salt has the hidden danger of blocking the pipeline,the risk of leakage and the insufficient safety distance of the open flame.By optimizing the main structure of the dehydrogenation furnace,applying new thermal media,updating the burner and control system,optimizing the process system and other upgrading and improvement measures,the average thermal efficiency of the dehydrogenation furnace is increased from 88.13%to 94.32%,the fuel gas consumption is reduced by 0.010 t/t,and the system automation level is greatly improved.It meets the requirements of energy saving and safe and reliable operation of equipment.It has the significance of reference and popularization in chemical production plant,especially in molten salt heating process plant.
