Renewable energy is an important component of China's power system,and the consumption of renewable energy has become a significant factor affecting the security and stability of the power system.Therefore,in order to further promote the consumption of renewable energy,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the"Measures for supervision on the full guaranteed purchase of renewable electricity",which came into effect on April 1,2024.It plays an important role in regulating the purchase of renewable energy electricity,promoting the high-quality development of renewable energy,and advancing the construction of new power systems.It will make it more difficult for oil and gas enterprises to develop new energy,and at the same time bring new development opportunities for compressed air energy storage and other businesses of oil and gas enterprises.Therefore,it is recommended that oil and gas enterprises should coordinate and optimize the new energy business,and actively carry out research on the flexible power supply business.
