随着双碳目标的提出,以可再生能源为主的新型电力系统在我国能源结构变革中具有广阔发展空间.新型储能作为连接可再生能源和新型电力系统的关键一环,承担重要职能.现阶段我国新型储能体系呈现规模快速扩张、技术路线多样化、应用不断丰富等特点,但也面临着储能配比和储能项目利用率不高、结构性产能过剩、安全事故频发、市场机制和商业模式不完善等问题.建议从顶层设计、技术创新、技术标准制定、市场机制和商业模式设定等方面持续优化,进一步推动新型储能行业高质量发展.
Development,Difficulties and Related Recommendations of New Energy Storage in China
With the proposal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,new energy storage as a key link connecting renewable energy and new power system,assuming an important function in the change of China's energy structure.At this stage,China's new type of energy storage is characterized by rapid expansion of scale,diversification of technology routes,and continuous enrichment of applications.However,it is also facing problems such as low energy storage ratios and utilization rates of energy storage projects,structural overcapacity,security accidents frequently occurred,and imperfect market mechanisms and business models.China should continue to optimize from the aspects of top-level design,technological innovation,technical standard formulation,market mechanism and business model setting,promote the healthy development of the new energy storage industry,and further promote the high-quality development of its industry.
