Common Measures for Reducing Gasoline and Diesel Oil in a Fuel Refinery
It is introduced that the measures taken by a single series of"fuel type"refineries to reduce the production of gasoline and diesel in order to adapt to market development and changes during the epidemic.In addition to reducing the crude oil processing capacity and the load of the gasoline and diesel production unit,the measures such as adjusting the suspension component of the diesel unit and increasing the diesel oil refining capacity are mainly taken in combination with the characteristics of the unit formation to reduce the diesel oil output.Measures such as controlling the load of gasoline unit,reducing the vapor pressure of gasoline,changing the production of mixed xylene and reducing the consumption of purchased blending components are taken to reduce the output of gasoline.During the operation of reducing diesel oil,the impact on downstream units and product quality should be considered as a whole;when reducing gasoline production,we should also consider the increase of blending components of purchased gasoline and the amount of exported naphtha in combination with the price system.The fuel refinery has a high yield of gasoline and diesel.In order to adapt to the development and changes of the market,efforts should be made to optimize the product structure in the short term to meet the market demand.In the long term,it still needs to develop towards refining and chemical integration or chemical industry.
