归纳了影响生物质资源利用的15个技术难题,分析了现有生物质燃烧和生物质气化技术优缺点,介绍了粉煤气流床气化装置工艺特点,提出利用现有大型气流床粉煤气化炉进行生物质与煤气流床共气化的技术方案,研发符合入炉煤质量标准的生物质与煤混合物配方,并进行可行性评估,顺利完成生物质与煤共气化工业试验,生物质掺烧比例最高达到10%,并成功完成生物质掺烧比例5%的72 h性能测试,测试结果表明每天可以减少二氧化碳排放167 t.
Industrial Test of Co-gasification of Biomass and Coal in Entrained Flow Bed
The paper summarizes 15 technical difficult problems that affect the utilization of biomass resources,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing biomass combustion and biomass gasification technologies,introduces the technological characteristics of pulverized coal entrained-flow gasification device.At the same time,the technical scheme of co-gasification of biomass and coal by using the existing large entrained-flow pulverized coal gasifier is put forward.The mixture formula of biomass and coal that meets the feeding coal quality standards,and evaluates the feasibility is carried out.The industrial test of co-gasification of biomass and coal was successfully completed,and the highest proportion of biomass co-gasification was 10%.The performance test of biomass co-gasification was successfully completed for 72 h while proportion of biomass co-gasification was 5%,and the test results showed that carbon dioxide emissions could be reduced by 167t per day.
