双氧水法制备环氧丙烷催化剂开发与应用进展

某企业从实验室研究、催化剂开发及小试、中试,到双氧水法制环氧丙烷(HPPO)工业装置数量和环氧丙烷(PO)产品规模居世界首位,形成了具有完全自主知识产权的HPPO及PO产业化技术.目前大规模工业化生产应用的HPPO催化剂主要为国外Evonik-Uhde的TS-1催化剂、BASF-Dow的TS-1催化剂和国内的HTS催化剂.国外两家TS-1催化剂的H2O2 转化率为97.0%,PO选择性为90.5%,PO收率为87.8%;HTS催化剂的H2O2转化率为99.0%,PO选择性为98.0%,PO收率为97.0%;HTS催化剂的转化率、选择性和收率技术指标均处于国际领先水平.随着新增HPPO工业装置持续投产,为了保持PO产品市场竞争优势,需进一步深入挖掘HPPO催化剂潜力,由此HPPO催化剂优化工作任重而道远.
Application Progress and Development of HPPO Catalysts
Started from laboratory research,catalyst development and small-scale,pilot testing to the number of hydrogen peroxide propylene oxide(HPPO)industrial plants and scale of propylene oxide(PO)products rank first in the world,than HPPO and PO industrialization technology with fully independent intellectual property rights have been formed.Currently,The HPPO catalysts used in large-scale industrial production mainly include the TS-1 catalyst of Evonik-Uhde from abroad and the TS-1 catalyst of BASF-Dow from abroad and the HTS catalyst.The H2O2 conversion rate of two foreign TS-1 catalysts is 97.0%,PO selectivity is 90.5%and PO yield is 87.8%.The H2O2 conversion rate of HTS catalyst is 99.0%,PO selectivity is 98.0%and PO yield is 97.0%.The conversion rate,selectivity and yield technical indicators of HTS catalyst are all at the international leading level.Along with the continuous new HPPO industrial plants operation,in order to maintain the competitive advantage in the PO product market,it is necessary to further explore the potential of HPPO catalysts and the optimization of HPPO catalysts is a long and arduous task.
