Experimental and Application of High and Low Salinity Treatment of Sulfur-Containing Wastewater in Refinery
The sulfur-containing wastewater generated during petroleum refining and processing is one of the main sources of wastewater for refining wastewater treatment facilities.By conducting experiments on the high and low salinity treatment of sulfur-containing wastewater in the refinery, the feasibility of discharging low salinity purified water into low concentration series treatment of refinery wastewater for reaching the standard of reuse after implementing quality separation and stripping treatment has been verified. The application of sulfur-containing wastewater treatment in actual production has achieved a 30.3%reduction in high concentration wastewater emissions and a 16.1%increase in recycled water usage;the key technical indicators such as oil refining drainage per ton of refinery oil and sewage reuse rate have significantly improved compared with before quality treatment. The annual cost savings of 3.832 million yuan, which has good economic and environmental benefits.
