Analysis and Optimization of Fuel Gas System in a Refining and Chemical Enterprise
The existing fuel gas pipeline network of a certain refining and chemical enterprise has problems such as unreasonable pipeline layout,fluctuation of calorific value,low calorific value,and safety risks of heating furnace operation,resulting in poor stability of heating furnace operation,high production safety risks,and high carbon emissions.Further exploration of optimization strategies and methods,technological transformation through changing processes,adding mixers,and establishing a fuel gas prediction model to improve operational management level,can comprehensively improve system energy utilization efficiency,reduce operating costs,enhance gas supply stability,and ensure safety and environmental protection.The research results on optimizing the fuel gas pipeline network can create significant economic and social benefits for enterprises,and also provide theoretical support and practical guidance for achieving efficient operation of the fuel gas pipeline network.
