井筒治理作为保持油田稳产重要一环,精确良好的井简管理可有效减少修井次数,降低作业频次.而开采地层的特殊性和差异性对井筒治理造成诸多困难.根据统计近几年不同层位和区块的腐蚀和偏磨井占比,分析作业区井简问题,制定应对措施.通过参数优化、智能间开等方式有效提高泵效,降低"液击"效应;通过更换服役时间长的疲劳管杆、优化管杆组合、合理调整扶正器的数量及位置,减轻偏磨;通过优化缓蚀剂投加周期和剂量、阳极短接等方式,进一步有效减缓油管杆的腐蚀速率;采用"一井一策",具体问题具体分析,降低修井频次.
Wellbore Corrosion and Eccentric Wear Treatment
Wellbore treatment of is an extremely crucial link in maintaining stable production of oilfields during the development process.Accurate and excellent wellbore management can effectively reduce the number of workovers and lower the operation frequency.Nevertheless,the particularity and difference of the exploited formation cause numerous difficulties for wellbore treatment.According to statistics on the proportion of corrosion and eccentric wear wells in different horizons and blocks in recent years,the wellbore problems in the operation area is analyzed and the countermeasures are formulated.Through parameter optimization and intelligent intermittent opening,pump efficiency can be effectively enhanced and the"liquid hammer"effect can be mitigated.The eccentric wear is reduce by replacing fatigued tubing and rods with long service time,optimizing the combination of tubing and rods,and reasonably adjusting the number and position of centralizers.By optimizing the dosing cycle and dose of corrosion inhibitors and implementing anode short-circuiting,the corrosion rate of tubing and rods can be further effectively slowed down.Adopting the approach of"one well,one countermeasure"and analyzing specific problems in a targeted manner can achieve the goal of reducing the frequency of workovers.
