Constant pressure filtration experiment is an important content of experiments of chemical engineering principles.For a long time,the ratio of the washing rate and the final filter rate,which ob-tained by the students in constant pressure filtration experiment in our university,had a great disparity with theoretical value.Through the observation of some experiments and analysis of data processing and results,the three possible reasons were found and validated by experiments.The main reason was that the agitate velocity and the degree of tighten the scroll and the destination of final filter.Finally,the operation notes of the experiment and improvement cases of the experimental apparatus were put for-ward.
