基于虚实结合的工业机器人实验教学探索与实践

以工程应用为导向,以提升技能为目标,结合工业机器人实验教学的需求,对当前实验教学的现状进行了分析,针对实验教学项目、实验教学模式、实验教学技术等方面进行了探索.提出了"3+3+2"、"虚实结合"、"片段化教学"等实验教学举措,构建了基础操作、技能方法和工程应用模块的工业机器人虚拟仿真实验教学单元,开设了搬运、焊接等实体实验教学项目.实践表明,拓宽了学生的专业视野,培养了学生在工业机器人工程领域的应用以及创新能力.
Exploration and practice of industrial robot experimental teaching based on the combination of virtual and real
Taking engineering application as the guidance,improving skills as the goal,combined with the needs of industrial robot experimental teaching,the current situation of experimental teaching was analyzed,and experimental teaching items,experimental teaching mode,experimental teaching technology and other aspects were explored.Experimental teaching measures such as"3+3+2","combination of virtual and real",and"segmented teaching"were proposed.Virtual simulation ex-perimental teaching units of industrial robots with basic operation,skills and methods and engineering application modules were built,and physical experimental teaching projects such as handling,welding were set up.The practice shows that it broadens the students' professional vision and cultivates their application and innovation ability in the field of industrial robot engineering.
