摘要

在互联网+背景下,结合"网络自助课程"和"干货实验课程",将微信平台、安捷伦微学堂和多样化教学方式有机地结合;以"7+3+7"为时间轴,通过"线上预教学,线下理论实操互通"的方式来开展高效液相色谱的相关教学活动,实现教、学、做一体化.学生不仅从中获得了具体化、形象化的深入知识,而且提高了实际动手操作技能和运用高效液相色谱仪进行科学研究的创新能力.此外,该混合教学新模式为理工科相关专业的仪器实验类教学课程提供了新的思路和方法.

Abstract

Based on the Internet plus concept,we integrate a range of methods,including the WeChat platform and Agilent education,into our teaching practice concerning high performance liquid chroma-tograph,combining"online self-improvement courses"and"relevant practical training sessions".By adopting a"7+3+7"timeframe and"pre-class online activities in conjunction with face-to-face train-ing sessions",we incorporate teaching,learning,and practicing into our new mode of teaching.In this way,students can acquire a direct,detailed,profound knowledge,and can improve their innova-tion skills in conducting scientific research employing high performance liquid chromatograph as well as their relevant practical skills.Moreover,this new mix-method mode of teaching provides new ideas and approaches for similar teaching sessions on scientific instruments.
