Student-centered teaching reform of vegetable grafting experiment
The"student-centered"PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)is a new teaching mode,which emphasizes internalization and discussion.The traditional vegetable grafting experiment classroom teaching model cannot fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative,nor can it enhance students' innovation.Based on students' subjectivity and potential,the"student-centered"horticul-ture laboratory pairing classroom teaching model is proposed,with a hierarchical design of teaching contents,increasing the comprehensiveness and innovativeness of experiments,and students making choices according to their interests and abilities.Experimental design,group discussion and defense are added to the experimental process,and an experimental assessment system covering the whole ex-perimental process is established.The teaching practice proves that the"student-centered"PAD teaching mode of vegetable grafting experiment has stimulated and cultivated students' practical and innovative abilities,and effectively improved the experimental teaching effect.
