框定主线和边界模式下的汽车拆装实习改革与实践

汽车拆装实习是车辆工程等专业的重要实践课程,受限于实验室场地大小、设备台套数等客观因素,原有的教学模式难以调动全员学生的主动性和积极性,在汽车拆装实习的教学实践中引入拆装示范视频、拆装过程记录表、拍照记录、现场考题清单、测绘建模和 3D打印等多种新内容,将传统的实习内容仅为"学生拆装-教师讲解-学生提交拆装心得"的被动接受式教学模式改革成教师定主线与边界、学生为全程主导的综合性探索型教学模式.实践表明,该改革能充分调动了全员学生的主动性和积极性,不但有助于培养学生一丝不苟的工程职业素养,而且学生的接受程度更高,实习的趣味性更足,对学生综合能力培养的效果明显.
Reform and practice of the automobile disassembly and assembly practice under the mode of fixed thread and boundary
Automobile disassembly and assembly practice is an important practical course for vehicle engineering and other majors.Due to the objective factors such as the small area of laboratory and the little number of equipment,it is difficult to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of all students with the original teaching method.Therefore,we conducted a reform in the automobile disassembly and as-sembly practice course.In the reform,several new contents were integrated into the course,the con-tents and means include demonstration video of disassembly-assembly,recording form of disassembly-assembly process,recording with photos,list of examination questions surveying and modeling,and 3D printing.This has made the traditional course which only contented"students' disassembly and as-sembly-teachers' explanation-students' submission of disassembly and assembly experiences"have a big change on the teaching mode:from a passive acceptance teaching mode to a comprehensive explor-atory teaching mode in which the teacher sets the main line and boundary and the students lead the whole process.Practice shows that the teaching reform can help to mobilize the enthusiasm of all the students and cultivate students' professional quality for meticulous engineering throughout the whole process.What's more,it can be easily accepted by the students,make the course more interesting,and help to develop the students' comprehensive ability.
