To enhance the effectiveness of secondary-level colleges open sharing platform(secondary platform)in the promotion of graduate cultivation and high-level personnel training achievement,this paper probed the secondary platform,with technical team construction,the management system estab-lishment,and the overall operation mechanism innovation,etc.,and how they work in the graduate cultivation,especially the ability of scientific research,innovation and those fit the society develop-ment.when the unique advantages of platform work,subsequently the quality of graduate education promotes.
