Construction and application of standardized matrix for the combination of virtual and real experimental teaching system in civil engineering
By introducing virtual simulation, the experimental course system for civil engineering can be reshaped, playing a crucial supporting role in talent cultivation.Nevertheless, the current experi-mental teaching in civil engineering suffers from a lack of systematization, leading to duplicated devel-opment of numerous virtual simulation experiment projects and difficulties in integrating them into ex-perimental teaching.Additionally, the current experimental proficiency requirements for graduates are based on the graduation requirements outlined in the accreditation standards for civil engineering majors in higher education institutions, which deviate from the actual demands for experimental ability cultiva-tion.This study establishes a systematic and standardized matrix for experimental teaching in civil en-gineering,encompassing core supporting elements for students'professional experimental ability devel-opment,their core experimental skills, and their associated matrices. The application of this systema-tized and standardized matrix is also introduced. The relevant findings can serve as a reference for civil engineering institutions.
