基于科教融合理念构建药学专业综合实验

将科研成果转化为药学本科专业综合实验项目,探究儿茶治疗阿尔茨海默病的分子机制.以网络药理学为主要方法,结合分子对接技术对儿茶中所含化学活性成分、作用靶点、信号通路等进行了研究.从中药系统药理学技术平台数据库中共筛选得到 11 个儿茶有效成分,130 个儿茶与阿尔茨海默病的共同靶点.Autodock软件进行分子对接结果显示,儿茶中的有效成分可通过调节关键靶点蛋白和相关信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默病.本综合实验的设置有助于提高学生的创新思维和实践能力,鼓励学生用科研的视角解决未知的科学问题.
Construction of pharmaceutical comprehensive experiment based on the integration of science and education
The research results were transformed into a comprehensive experimental project for under-graduates majoring in pharmacy to explore the molecular mechanism of Catechu in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.The active components,targets and signal pathways of Catechu tea were studied by network pharmacology and molecular docking.A total of 11 active ingredients and 130 common tar-gets of Catechu and Alzheimer's disease were screened from the database of systems pharmacology.Furthermore,molecular docking with autodock software has shown that the active components in Cate-chu can be used to treat Alzheimer's disease by regulating key targets and related signaling pathways.The setting of this comprehensive experiment helps to improve students'innovative thinking and practi-cal ability,and encourage students to solve unknown scientific problems from the perspective of scien-tific research.
