以创新为导向的多学科融合实验教学体系探索

为了培养具有创新实践能力、综合分析能力和自主学习能力的创新型医学人才,通过整合实验教学资源,更新教学内容,改变教学方法,强调多学科融合,全面开展以创新为导向的基础医学实验教学改革.经过四年的实践,初步形成"加强基础实验技能训练-提升综合实践能力培养-拓展协作创新精神"三个层次的实验教学体系,该教学体系从多方面激发学生学习的自主性与积极性、思维的开拓性和科研的创新性.
Exploration of innovation-oriented multi-disciplinary integration experiment teaching system
In order to train innovative medical talents with innovative practice ability,comprehensive analysis ability and self-learning ability,we should integrate experimental teaching resources,update teaching contents and change teaching methods,it emphasizes the integration of multi-subjects and carries out the innovation-oriented experimental teaching reform of basic medicine.The three-level experimental teaching system of"strengthening basic experimental skills training-promoting compre-hensive practical ability training-expanding the spirit of cooperation and innovation"has been prelimi-narily formed,this teaching system stimulates the students from many aspects to study the independ-ence and the enthusiasm,the thought pioneering and the scientific research creativity.
