面向学生隐性素质的基础化学实验教学模式改革

在互联网+背景下,基于基础化学实验教学平台,采用多元化教学新模式,将微信平台、虚拟仿真实验平台和"翻转课堂"等教学方式有机地结合,改变以往"填鸭式、命令执行式"的实验教学模式,适当互换教师和学生的角色,真正让学生参与其中、学于其中、乐于其中.针对实验课的课前课中课后制定系列规定,引导学生树立严谨的科学态度,培养其责任心、自主学习能力,以及实践、创新、团队协作等隐性方面的素质能力,为培养高校创新应用型人才开辟了新的思路和方法.
Reform of foundational chemistry laboratory teaching mode targeting students'implicit qualities
Based on the Internet plus concept,this work attempts to integrate a variety of teaching ap-proaches,including the WeChat platform,the virtual simulation-based experimentation platform,and"flipped classroom",into our teaching practice in fundamental chemistry experiment.By means of"putting students in instructors'shoes",we aim to make changes to the old-fashioned teaching modes that feature"spoon-feeding and being authoritative"so that students'self-initiated learning as well as their involvement can be significantly promoted.Moreover,detailed schemes of work are developed for students'pre-class,in class and after class activities,designed to influence students'attitudes toward science,foster a sense of responsibility,enhance their self-directed-learning skills,and strengthen their unmeasurable qualities regarding practice,innovation,teamwork,etc.This work provides new i-deas and approaches for cultivating application-oriented and innovative talents for universities.
