摘要

为促进理论与实验教学的紧密结合,提高学生的实践、创新能力,基于学校提出的以学生为中心、OBE、混合式教育等理念、方法,结合课程教学实际,提出了集成电路专业实验课程教学设计改革方案.重点介绍了实验课程存在的问题,改革的内容,并以集成电路专业核心课程"CMOS模拟集成电路"为例,介绍了改革实施过程,考核评价及改革效果.改革成果表明,在实验教学、应用实践能力、创新能力等方面均达到了良好效果.

Abstract

In order to promote the close integration of theory and experimental teaching and improve students'practical and innovative abilities,based on the school's student-centered,OBE,and mixed education concepts and methods,combined with the actual teaching of courses,a teaching design re-form plan is proposed for integrated circuit specialty's experimental courses.Introduced the experimen-tal courses'problems and reform contents,and takes the professional core course"CMOS Analog Inte-grated Circuit"as an example to introduce the specific implementation process,assessment standards and reform effects.The reform results show that good results have been achieved in experimental teach-ing,application and practice ability,and innovation ability.
