摘要

为适应学生线上学习需要,南开大学中心实验室在研究生现代仪器分析实验线下课程基础上,开设了"现代仪器分析实验"线上慕课课程.课程包括 16 类常见大型分析仪器的原理、应用介绍和仪器操作演示.网上此类课程多以理论教学为主,少有仪器的实际操作演示视频.以X射线衍射仪实验教学为例,分享仪器分析实验线上课程建设和实验教学演示视频的录制经验,进一步推动线上线下教学融合发展.

Abstract

In order to meet the needs of students'online learning,the Central Laboratory of Nankai U-niversity College of Chemistry has set up an online MOOC course"Modern Instrumental Analysis Ex-periment",which includes the principles,application introduction and instrument operation demon-stration of 16 common large analytical instruments.Most of these online courses are based on theoreti-cal teaching,and there are few videos of practical operation of the instruments.In this paper,we take X-ray diffraction experiment as an example to share the experience of online course construction and video recording for instrument analysis experiment,which is beneficial to the development of online and offline teaching integration.
