摘要
兼职潜水员作为舰艇部队重要作战力量,构建系统科学的兼职潜水员人才培养模式是增强部队战斗力的重要举措.论文以兼职潜水员岗位履行能力的创新潜水专业人才培养为主线,以实战化潜水作业核心能力培养为导向,构建了以能力为导向的人才培养方案,规划了科学合理的人才培养成长路径,建立了标准的分级分类训练和考核认证体系,为健全水面舰艇兼职潜水员人才培养模式改革提供有益探索.
Abstract
Part-time divers as an important combat force of naval vessels,building a scientific and reasonable training mode for part-time divers,which is an important measure to enhance the combat effectiveness of naval vessels.The paper with part-time divers to fulfill the innovative diving profes-sional talents cultivation as the main line,to combat diving core ability as the guidance,build the abil-ity oriented talent training scheme,planning the scientific and reasonable training growth path,the es-tablishment of a standard classified training and certification system,and to improve the surface ship part-time divers talent training mode reform to provide beneficial exploration.
