高校实验室危险化学品全流程管理的探索与实践

摘要
安全是教育事业不断发展、学生成长成才的基本保障,随着高等教育的发展,国家对实验室安全也提出了更高的要求.高校实验室人员流动性大,危险化学品种类繁多,化学实验反应类型复杂,实验操作危险性强,危险化学品监管难度大等情况,致使实验室安全隐患较多、潜在风险较大,因危险化学品管理和使用不当引发的安全事故较多.从建立健全危险化学品制度体系、加大涉化实验室基础设施投入、搭建危险化学品信息化管理平台、加强实验人员安全知识和应急能力培训等方面,探讨了危险化学品审批、购置、存储、使用、处置等各环节的措施,为高校实验室危险化学品全流程管理提供了借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Safety is the basic guarantee for the continuous development of education and the growth of the students.With the development of higher education,higher requirements are proposed for laborato-ry safety.The high turnover of personnel in university laboratories,the diverse types of hazardous chemicals,the complex types of chemical experimental reactions,the high risk of experimental opera-tions,and the difficulty of regulating hazardous chemicals have led to a great number of safety hazards and potential risks in laboratories.Improper management and use of hazardous chemicals have led to a lot of safety accidents.This article explores on the measures for the approval,purchase,storage,use,and disposal of hazardous chemicals in various aspects,including establishing a proper system for haz-ardous chemicals,increasing investment in chemical laboratory facilities,building an information man-agement platform for hazardous chemicals,and strengthening training on safety knowledge and emer-gency capabilities of laboratory personnel.It provides reference and guidance for the full process man-agement of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories.
