摘要

在"新工科"建设的背景下,对船舶分油机训练课程教学现状进行深度总结,分析现行考核方法存在的不足,从教学模式和成绩评价方法两方面进行改革.提出"教师讲授(Presentation)、学生自学(Assign-ment)、学生互讲(Instruction)"的"PAI class"教学方法,设计了"翻转课堂、线上+线下"的混合式教学模式;提出多元化评价方法,对学生参与课程的全过程进行评价.问卷反馈结果证明"PAI class"教学模式和多元化评价方法能够有效提升课堂教学效果和学生实践动手能力,有助于国家培养优秀的航运人才.

Abstract

Under the new engineering construction background,this paper summarized the present sit-uation of course teaching and analyzed the shortcomings of current assessment methods.The teaching mode of"Presentation,Assignment and Instruction",referred to as"PAI Class",was proposed.The blended teaching mode of"flipped classroom,online + offline"was designed to reform the traditional teaching mode.In addition,the multi-evaluation method was put forward to evaluate the students.The questionnaire feedback results proved that"PAI Class"teaching mode and multi-evaluation method could effectively improve the classroom teaching effect and students'practical ability,help improve the quality of practical teaching,and cultivate more excellent shipping talents for the country.
