希瓦氏菌群体感应调控的综合实验

设计了以水产腐败菌群体感应系统为靶点的新型防治策略实验,探究了群体感应淬灭酶AiiA酶对希瓦氏菌群体感应窃听的调控及对其生长、生物膜和蛋白酶的影响.对于希瓦氏菌与沙雷氏菌的共培养体系以及外源C6-HSL和O-C6-HSL信号分子模拟的窃听体系,Ai-iA酶均可阻断希瓦氏菌窃听信号分子从而影响其自身代谢.依托科研实验室资源,融合科技前沿知识,结合基因工程、酶工程、食品贮藏原理等专业实验教学,具有综合性、创新性特点,有助于培养学生学习兴趣、知识融汇贯通能力、探索精神及动手操作技能.
Comprehensive experimental design based on quorum sensing regulation of Shewanella
In this paper,a new control strategy experiment targeting the quorum sensing system of a-quatic spoilage bacteria is designed to explore the regulation of quorum sensing quenching enzyme AiiA on quorum sensing eavesdropping of Shewanella and the effects on its growth,biofilm and protease.The results indicate that the QS eavesdropping and its related metabolic activities are significantly influ-enced by the recombinant AiiA both in the co-culture model and the C6-HSL and O-C6-HSL simula-ted model.The experiment relies on the resources of scientific research,integrates frontier science and technology,and combines the professional experimental teaching of genetic engineering,enzyme engi-neering and food storage principle.It has comprehensive and innovative characteristics,and helps to cultivate students'learning interest,knowledge integration ability,exploration spirit and hands-on op-eration skills.
