核桃青皮天然色素用于真丝织物染色实验设计

该实验设计主要以专业实验教学体系为中心,以培养学生专业实验技能为核心,通过不断创新实验内容和方法,结合实践性任务、小组合作和个性化学习等多种形式,以促进学生的自主学习,提高学生的学习成果为目的,使专业实验设计更贴近社会发展方向和教学新理念新要求.以核桃青皮天然色素真丝织物染色实验为例,以天然植物色素和真丝织物为原料,旨在培养学生掌握真丝织物漂白预处理、媒染染色工艺以及相关染色性能测试和评价等基本实验技能.实验设计中,突出了思政教育环节,贯穿"安全、健康、环保"理念,以核桃青皮废弃物利用为切入点,培养学生可持续发展创新理念和思维,更好地理解和应用天然染料相关的学科知识.通过收集学生的实验报告,实验全程观察学生实验准备、参与度、实验操作等现场情况,结合课后评价,分析学生的学习情况和潜在问题,再针对性地提供支持,并改进实验设计.
Experimental design of dyeing silk fabric with walnut green peel
This experimental design mainly focuses on the professional experimental teaching system,with the core of cultivating students'professional experimental skills.Through continuous innovation of experimental content and methods,combined with practical tasks,group cooperation,personalized learning and other forms,it aims to promote students'autonomous learning and improve their learning outcomes,making the professional experimental design more closely aligned with the direction of social development and new teaching concepts and requirements.Taking the natural pigment dyeing experi-ment of walnut green peel on silk fabrics as an example,this article uses natural plant pigments and silk fabrics as raw materials to cultivate students'basic experimental skills in bleaching pretreatment,mordant dyeing process,related dyeing performance testing and evaluation of silk fabrics.In the exper-imental design,the ideological and political education link is highlighted,and the concept of"safety,health,environmental protection"is carried through.Taking the utilization of walnut green peel waste as the entry point,it cultivates students'innovative ideas and thinking of sustainable development,bet-ter understanding and application of natural dye-related subject knowledge.Through collecting students'experimental reports,observing students'experimental preparation,participation,experimen-tal operation and other on-site situations throughout the experiment,combining with after-class evalu-ation,analyzing students'learning situation and potential problems,providing targeted support and im-proving experimental design.
