基于虚拟仿真技术的模具智能制造实验教学探索

针对传统的模具课程实验教学模式已无法适应日益发展的教学需求、生均实验设备台套数少以及部分实验危险性高复杂程度高等问题,依托江苏省模具智能制造工程技术中心构建了虚拟模具智能制造实验平台.该虚拟仿真实验平台采用B/S架构设计,支持网页远程操作,可进行多种形式的虚拟仿真实验,平台不仅融入了现代模具企业实际案例,还开发了从设计到装配的全流程高仿真虚拟实验项目.在此基础上,积极探索产学合作模式,围绕应用型工程人才的能力素质要求培养学生.结合近几年的教学实践和调查问卷可以看出,虚拟仿真实验平台充分提高了学生对专业知识的积极性和实验体验并得到学生们的高度认可.
Exploration of experimental teaching of mould intelligent manufacturing based on virtual simulation technology
In view of the traditional mould course experimental teaching mode has been unable to a-dapt to the growing teaching needs,the number of experimental equipment per student is small,and some experiments are dangerous and complex,a virtual mould intelligent manufacturing experimental platform was constructed on the based on Jiangsu Province Mould Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Technology Center.This platform adopts B/S architecture design,supports web page remote operation,and can carry out various forms of virtual simulation experiments.This platform not only integrates the actual cases of modern mould enterprises,but also develops the whole process high simulation virtual experiment projects from design to assembly.On this basis,we actively explore the mode of industry-university cooperation,and cultivate students around the ability and quality requirements of applied en-gineering talents.Based on recent years of teaching practice and survey questionnaires,it can be seen that the virtual simulation experimental platform has fully improved students'enthusiasm for profession-al knowledge and experimental experience,and has been highly recognized by students.
