退役动力电池加速寿命实验教学试验方法设计

为了准确估计退役动力电池的寿命,合理将其进行梯次利用是目前研究的重点,也是高校实验教学开展的重要内容.因此,通过一种基于逆幂律模型的加速寿命试验方法对退役动力电池进行研究.此试验方法涉及了仪器设备和仿真软件等多个理论基础知识,系统地训练了学生资料查询、试验操作与分析的能力.在试验中,首先在不同倍率下对退役动力电池进行充放电实验,建立放电倍率与健康度的关联特性;其次,搭建动力电池的加速寿命试验平台,选取不同放电倍率为加速应力进行加速寿命试验;最后,通过仿真与试验结果进行分析,进一步确定动力电池的寿命衰减特性,为高校教学研究动力电池的梯次利用提供参考.此外,通过仿真试验和教学平台的有机结合,提高学生实际工程应用和开发的实践综合能力.
Design of accelerated life experiment teaching method of retired power battery
In order to accurately estimate the life of retired power batteries,the key point of the re-search is to make rational use of it.It is also an important part of experimental teaching at universities.Therefore,the retired power battery is studied by an accelerated life test method based on the inverse power law model.This experiment method involves a number of theoretical basics such as the use of e-quipment and simulation software,and systematically trains students'data query,test operation and a-nalysis abilities.Firstly,the charge and discharge experiments of retired power batteries are carried out at different rates,and the correlation characteristics between discharge rate and health degree is estab-lished;Secondly,the accelerated life test platform of power battery is built,and different discharge rate is selected as the accelerated stress to carry out the accelerated life test;Finally,through the com-parative analysis of simulation and actual test,the life attenuation characteristics of power battery are further determined,which provides a reference for the research of echelon utilization of power battery.In addition,through the organic combination of simulation experiment and teaching platform,students'practical comprehensive ability of practical engineering application and development can be improved.
