摘要
高校生物实验室是培育一流人才、建设一流学科、开展科技创新的重要基地,在"双一流"建设中起着至关重要的支撑作用.在南京中医药大学翰林学院生物教学实验室改造建设过程中,引入"6S管理模式",从整理实验室空间和仪器设备布局、整顿实验室巡查制度、清除安全死角、维持环境清洁、完善安全管理制度以及培育特色人文素养等 6 个方面改革、提升实验室管理,从而促进"双一流"建设.
Abstract
Biology laboratories in universities are important bases for cultivating first-class talents,constructing first-class disciplines and carrying out scientific and technological innovation,and play a crucial supporting role in the construction of"double first-class".In the process of renovation and construction of biology teaching laboratories in our university,we introduced the"6S management mode",which reforms and improves the management of laboratories in six aspects:organizing the lay-out of laboratory space and instruments and equipment,reorganizing the inspection system of laborato-ries,clearing security dead spots,maintaining environmental cleanliness,perfecting the safety man-agement system,and cultivating the characteristic humanistic qualities,so as to promote the construc-tion of"Double First Class".
