摘要
高校实验室开展 6S管理对改善实验环境、减少安全隐患、降低实验成本、提高实验效率、提高学生素养、塑造实验室文化具有重要意义.通过对 6S管理的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全等六个环节深入分析,从制度建设、队伍保障、宣传培训、试点先行等方面总结了高校实验室开展 6S管理的主要经验,并对开展 6S管理现阶段存在的问题和下一步优化措施进行了分析.通过总结实验室 6S管理的实践,以期探索构建富有特色的实验室 6S管理模式.
Abstract
The 6S management of university laboratories is of great significance to improve the experi-mental environment,reduce safety hazards,reduce experimental costs,improve experimental efficien-cy,improve student quality,and form laboratory culture.Through an in-depth analysis of the six links of 6S management,including sorting,reorganizing,clearing up,cleaning,literacy,and safety,the main experience of 6S management in university laboratories is summarized from the aspects of system construction,team guarantee,publicity and training,and pilot first.The current problems in the 6S management and the next optimization measures are analyzed.By summarizing the laboratory 6S man-agement practice,we hope to explore and construct a distinctive 6S management model of university la-boratory.
