摘要
科研设施和仪器是高校科学研究、学科建设和人才培养的重要基础条件,推进科研设施和仪器开放共享符合国家的要求、社会的需求、高校师生的诉求.讨论了国内高校在科研设施和仪器开放共享工作中面临的使用效益偏低、服务能力较差、仪器使用方向单一等问题,在分析其原因的基础上,结合先进高校的管理经验,从完善管理制度建设、优化共享网络平台、增加实验技术队伍活力等方面进行了探讨,为提升科研设施和仪器开放共享效益,更好地服务于教学、科研和社会提供参考.
Abstract
Scientific research facilities and instruments are important basic conditions for scientific re-search,discipline construction and talent cultivation in colleges and universities.To promote the open-ing and sharing of scientific research facilities and instruments is the demands of country,society and all researchers.This paper mainly discusses the issues faced by this mission in domestic colleges and universities,such as the low efficiency,poor service ability,single use direction,etc.Based on the a-nalysis of its reasons,combined with the experience of advanced universities,exploration is carried out on the improvement of management system construction,the optimization of network platform,the vi-tality of experimental technical team,etc.To provide guidance for the improving the efficiency of sci-entific research facilities and instruments and better serving in teaching,scientific research and socie-ty.
