摘要

为了提高仪器利用率、保证大型仪器开放共享,分子生物学公共仪器平台根据仪器原值和操作难度对平台仪器实施差异管理、分类共享,实践证明该管理模式可有效保障仪器运行、降低仪器故障率.此外,结合全国重点实验室交叉研究的特点,分子生物学平台突出其分子相互作用技术服务特色,改进与开发样品前处理方法,不仅降低分析测试成本,同时辅助大型仪器功能开发,进一步提高了科研大型仪器的使用效益.

Abstract

In order to raise the using efficiency of instrument and ensure the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments,the large-scale instruments of public platform for molecular biology are sha-ring by categories according to the value and the operative difficulty of instruments.It can be beneficial to reduce the using cost and the fault rate of instruments with the guarantee of the opening and sharing of instruments.It is highlight that the feature of platform for molecular biology instruments is molecular interactions technology service caring for the cross research characteristics of state key laboratories.By developing and improving the sample pretreatment methods,it contributes to lowering the testing and analytical cost as well as facilitating the function development.Therefore it is beneficial to raise the ef-ficiency of using scientific research large-scale instruments.
