高校实验室安全日益受到政府和各高校的高度重视,但安全事故仍然时有发生,实验室安全问题日益凸显,其管理面临巨大的困难和挑战,缺乏运行流畅的安全运行机制是关键因素之一.实验室安全始终处于不断变化的状态,从全生命周期的视角,建立"抓源头、知状态、顺流程、控行为、明责任"的实验室动态安全运行机制,做到全过程、全要素、全方位的管理和控制,这对消除安全隐患、有效防范实验室事故发生、确保实验室安全有重要意义.
Abstract
University laboratory safety has been paid more and more attention by the government and universities,but,laboratory safety accidents happen from time to time,and laboratory safety problems are becoming increasingly prominent,and its management faces great difficulties and challenges,the lack of smooth operation of safety operation mechanism is one of the key factors.Laboratory safety is in a state of changing all the time,from the angle of whole life cycle,through the establishment of the la-boratory dynamic safety operation mechanism of"grasping the source,knowing the state,following the process,controlling the behavior,and clarifying the responsibility",the whole process,all elements,all-round management and control are achieved,which is of great significance to eliminate safety risks,effectively prevent the occurrence of laboratory accidents and ensure laboratory safety.
