基于安全文化探讨高校理工科实验室安全管理

摘要
理工科实验室涉及学生的实验教学和教师的教研工作等,其安全管理是实验室正常运行的前提,也是管理工作中的重点.以山东科技大学理工科实验室为例,阐述了安全文化建设的起源及内涵,从校园安全文化的重要组成、培养师生的安全意识及素养、高校优秀文化传承与发扬组成三个方面概括了理工科实验室安全文化建设的重要性,依托实验室安全文化建设提出了理工科实验室安全管理的措施.通过理工科实验室安全管理实践和探讨,不仅能提高实验室工作人员的管理水平,也能提高师生的社会责任感,确保理工科实验室安全高效运转.
Abstract
Laboratory involving students in science and engineering experiment teaching and teacher's teaching and research work,such as its safety management is the premise of normal operation of the la-boratory,is also the key management work.Take the science and engineering laboratory of Shandong University of Science and Technology as example,this paper expounds the origin and connotation of safety culture construction.Summarizes the importance of the construction of safety culture in science and engineering laboratories from three aspects:the important composition of campus safety culture,training teachers'and students'safety awareness and literacy,inheritance and development of excellent culture in colleges and universities,and puts forward the measures of safety management in science and engineering laboratories based on the construction of safety culture in laboratories.Through the practice and discussion of safety management of science and engineering laboratory,not only the management level of laboratory staff can be improved,but also the social responsibility of teachers and students can be improved to ensure the safe and efficient operation of science and engineering laboratory.
