Exploration and research on the construction path of 5G laboratory under the integration of industry and education
With the arrival of the 6G era,5G technology has been widely applied in various industries and is constantly integrating with emerging technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence.Higher requirements have been put forward for the depth and breadth of knowledge of professional talents.Faced with the rapid development of the 5G industry and the change in talent demand,talent cultivation and employment in the communication field are facing new challenges.In order to address these challenges,schools and enterprises have jointly built a 5G laboratory,deepened the integration of industry and education,and promoted the teaching model of"introducing enterprises into education".By innovating the practical course system,laboratory envi-ronment,and management,we aim to explore a model that meets the needs of 5G talent cultivation,cultivate a"dual teacher"teaching team with practical teaching abilities,build practical teaching plat-forms and internship training bases,and achieve the integration of practical teaching and technological development,as well as talents that meet the needs of the 5G industry.
