摘要

钯催化的Suzuki-Miyaura偶联反应作为最直接有效的构建碳碳键的方法,在制备联芳基结构的天然产物、药物中间体以及功能材料中,具有重要意义.将科研前沿热点的相关内容引入本科生的有机实验教学,通过此实验,学生可学习查阅文献,了解过渡金属催化的前沿研究进展,掌握TLC 监测反应的方法、萃取洗涤及柱层析纯化的方法,学习核磁共振、高效液相色谱鉴定化合物结构的方法,使学生体验有机化学科研实验的全过程,培养学生动手能力和创新能力,激发学生科研兴趣,有效培养学生的创新思维和独立分析问题、解决问题等综合能力.

Abstract

Pd-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction is the most direct and effective method to construct C-C bonds,which is of great significance in the preparation of biaryl natural products,phar-maceutical intermediates and functional materials.Introduces the related contents of research frontier hot spots to organic experiment teaching of undergraduate students,through the experiment,students can learn the consulting method of chemical literature,understand the forefront of transition metal ca-talysis research progress,master the methods of TLC monitoring reaction,extraction and column chro-matography purification methods,learning nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),high performance liq-uid chromatography(HPLC)method for the identification of compound structure.Make the students experience the whole process of organic chemistry scientific research experiment,train the students' practical ability and innovation ability,stimulate the students'interest in scientific research,effectively train the students'innovative thinking and independent analysis of problems,solve problems and other comprehensive ability.
