摘要

实时荧光定量PCR技术是核酸定量分析的重要方法,是分子生物学领域的前沿技术,广泛应用于基础生物学研究、肿瘤诊断、病毒检测和食品检测等领域.在"生物科学综合实验"课程中引入此项技术,丰富了课程内容,也提高了课程的挑战度.经过教学实践,取得了良好的效果.学生不仅掌握了扎实的实践技能和前沿的科研方法,还提高了数据分析与处理的能力.

Abstract

Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR(qPCR)technology is an important method for nu-cleic acid quantitative analysis,and is a cutting-edge technology in the field of molecular biology.It is widely used in basic biological research,tumor diagnosis,virus detection,food detection and other fields.The introduction of this technology into the comprehensive experiment of bioscience has en-riched the course content and raised the challenge of the course.Through teaching practice,teaching quality has been improved significantly.Students have not only mastered solid practical skills and cut-ting-edge scientific research methods,but also improved the abilities of data analysis and processing.
