To effect the evaluate of comprehensive innovative experiment on student's practical skills and innovative ability.The experimental group underwent comprehensive innovative experiment,while the control group underwent traditional confirmatory experiment.The effect was evaluated by question-naire survey and comprehensive evaluation.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in classroom activity,experimental homework,skill scores,willingness to accept compre-hensive innovative experiments,scientific research thinking and literacy,animal experiment related operation,self-study,innovative practice and problem-solving ability.Setting up comprehensive inno-vative experiments can effectively improve students'self-study and scientific research quality,cultivate innovative thinking and practical skills,and enhance the quality of experimental teaching and talent training.
