摘要

在用于人体骨组织修复的植入无源医疗器械实践教学中,存在骨组织缺损修复模型少,器械耗材昂贵,人体实验条件苛刻等缺点.根据"人体解剖生理学"和"医疗器械及设计"等课程的教学和实验要求,基于人工髋关节生物力学科研成果,运用Solidworks软件三维建模和虚拟仿真技术,设计开发了"人体骨组织修复及人工全髋关节虚拟仿真实验"教学资源.该虚拟仿真实验能充分满足学生对以人工全髋关节为代表的多种骨修复器械从结构、位置匹配关系到植入人体后生物力学性能模拟的实验需求.有效提高了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力.

Abstract

There are some disadvantages in the practical teaching of implantable passive medical de-vices for human bone tissue repair such as lack of bone tissue defect repair models,expensive equip-ment consumables and harsh human experimental conditions.According to the teaching and experi-mental requirements of"Human Anatomy and Physiology"and"Medical Devices Design"courses,the"virtual simulation experiment of human bone tissue repair and artificial hip joint equipment"was de-signed and developed based on the biomechanical scientific research achievements of artificial hip joint,and using Solidworks software 3D modeling and virtual simulation technology.This virtual simu-lation experiment can fully meet the students'experimental needs for a variety of bone repair equipment represented by the artificial hip joint,from the structure and position matching relationship to the simu-lation of biomechanical performance after implantation in the human body,effectively improve students' ability to solve complex engineering problems.
