基于智慧教学的金属材料工程专业实验体系建设

互联网、大数据和云计算等新一代信息技术的快速发展为智慧教学提供了技术基础.现有金属材料工程专业的实验体系存在着实验相对孤立、缺乏全局规划设计的问题,导致学生无法得到系统性实验训练.针对这一问题,提出了采用智慧教学的方法,对实验进行全局规划设计,将多门实验课打通、串联起来形成一个有机整体,构建"材料制备-加工-热处理-性能表征"全链条贯通的实验体系.基于智慧教学的一体化实验体系的建立,打破了传统实验之间的壁垒,有利于学生建立完整的实验知识和技能体系;节约了教学时间,提高了教学效率;便于精准掌握教学情况,提出改善教学效果的策略.
Construction of experimental project of metal material engineering specialty based on intelligent teaching
The rapid development of new generation information technology such as Internet,big data,and cloud computing provides technological basis for intelligent teaching.Currently,the experimental system of metal material engineering specialty exists the problem of the relatively independence of ex-periments,the lack of global planning and design,and therefore the students cannot be trained system-atically.To solve this problem,an intelligent teaching method is proposed.Through the overall experi-mental design,multiple experimental courses can be connected in series to form an organic unit,and the experimental system of material preparation,processing,heat treatment and performance character-ization is constructed.The construction of a new full-chain experimental system breaks the barriers be-tween traditional experiments and helps students establish a complete system of experimental knowledge and skills.At the same time,the new system can save the teaching time and improve the teaching effi-ciency.Moreover,it is convenient for the teachers to accurately master the teaching situation and put forward targeted improvement strategies.
