摘要

以机器人相关课程为基础,提出了面向协作机器人的实验教学设计方案及典型案例.实验教学由基础实验和创新引领实验构成.基础实验内容对应着 4 个理论教学内容,由 4 个实验教学单元构成.在基础实验的基础上,设计了创新引领实验,着重培养学生对协作机器人设计、开发和应用的创新能力.以协作机器人画五角星图案为典型实验案例,给出了实验平台搭建、轨迹规划和软件设计方案,并设计了该案例的创新引领实验,引导学生思考解决复杂的工程技术问题.通过基础实验与创新引领实验的结合,将大幅度提高协作机器人的教学质量和人才培养质量.

Abstract

Based on the robotics course,the experimental teaching design plan and typical cases for collaborative robots are proposed.The experimental teaching consists of basic experiments and innova-tive leading experiments.The basic experiment content corresponds to 4 theoretical teaching contents and consists of 4 experimental teaching units.On the basis of basic experiments,the innovation lead-ing experiment content is designed,focusing on cultivating students'innovative ability in the design,development and application of collaborative robots.Taking the collaborative robot drawing a five-pointed star pattern as a typical experimental case,the experimental platform construction,trajectory planning design and software design scheme are given.Design the innovation leading experiment of this case,guiding students to think and solve complex engineering technical problems.The combination of basic experiments and innovation-led experiments will greatly improve the teaching quality of collabo-rative robots and the quality of talent training.
