以学生为中心的3D打印实验教学改革与探索

针对当前 3D打印实验课程中存在的若干问题,在新工科应用型人才培养模式的要求下,提出构建以学生为中心的理论实践一体化 3D打印实践教学体系.从改革教学方式、更新教学内容入手,依托于多工艺3D打印实验室和产学研教师队伍,课上建立多元化 3D打印实验授课方案,课下开展开放式拓展课堂,课上授课和课下实践并重,跳出了固有的教学模式,大幅提升了学生的学习兴趣和学习效果,增强了学生的工程实践和创新能力,教学质量得到显著提高.
Teaching reform and exploration of student-centered 3D printing experimental course
In response to several issues existing in the current 3D printing experimental course and the requirements of the cultivation mode of new engineering applied talents,this article proposes the estab-lishment of a student-centered 3D printing practical teaching system to achieve the integration of theory and practice.This teaching system starts with reforming teaching methods and updating teaching con-tent,relying on a multi process 3D printing laboratory and a team of teachers proficient in production,teaching,and scientific research.It establishes a diversified 3D printing experimental teaching plan in class,and carries out open expansion courses after class.Both teaching in class and practicing after class are emphasized,breaking the original teaching mode,greatly enhancing students'learning inter-est and effectiveness,enhancing their engineering practice and innovation abilities,and significantly improving the teaching quality of 3D printing experiment courses.
