摘要

探索以创新创业为导向的新型人才培养模式,在工程训练课程引入企业经营模拟实训,是对工程训练课程实训内容和人才培养模式的一种创新,对学生综合能力的培养具有深远的意义,达到工程训练课程"综合创新训练"的教学目标.详细阐述了企业经营模拟实训的课程设置、教学设计与实施以及教学特色,课程以学生为主,实践性强,是一种"先行再论后知"的体验式教学模式.通过企业经营模拟实训,拓展工科学生的知识体系和思维方式,提升了学生的企业经营与管理能力、实践能力和创新创业能力,提高了工科学生的综合素质,为学生今后的就业和创业奠定良好的基础.

Abstract

To explore the new method of personnel cultivation by the guide of innovation and entrepre-neurship,enterprise operation simulation is developed in the engineering training teaching in this stud-y.It is an innovation of the training content and talent training mode of engineering training courses.It has far-reaching significance for the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability and achieves the teaching goal of"comprehensive innovation training"of engineering training courses.The curriculum provision,instructional design and enforcement,and teaching characteristics are presented in detail.The course is student-oriented and practical.It is an experiential teaching mode of"first discussion and then knowledge".By the training of enterprise operation simulation,the knowledge system and thinking mode of engineering students are expanded,the abilities of business operation and manage-ment,practice,innovation and entrepreneurship have been improved,and the comprehensive qualities of studies have been promoted.It also lays a good foundation for the working and entrepreneurship of the students for the future.
