实验室安全是高校日常工作中的重要一环,而教学实验室在人员、环境、物品、操作等方面均存在较大隐患.为了提高管理效率,细胞生物学与生物化学实验室系统分析了自身特点及实际问题,利用实验室搬迁契机,重新制定了实验室安全等级,并对仪器、试剂、耗材的使用进行了重新规划.配合门禁权限和信息化设备加强监督预警,矩阵式安全教育和定期安全自查提高安全氛围,初步形成了层次化安全管理体系,为高校开展教学实验室安全管理工作提供参考.
Practice of hierarchical safety management in university teaching laboratory
Laboratory safety has been an important part of daily work in universities,and teaching la-boratories have many deficiencies in personnel,environment,objects and operation.In order to im-prove the management efficiency,the cell biology and biochemistry laboratory systematically analyzes its own characteristics and problems.Taking advantage of the opportunity of relocation,the safety level of the laboratory is re-planned,and on this basis,the instruments,reagents and consumables are re-arranged.Through the entrance guard system and equipment to strengthen supervision,matrix safety education and regular self-examination to improve the safety atmosphere,a hierarchical safety manage-ment system has been preliminarily established,which provides a reference to carry out the safety man-agement of teaching laboratories in universities.
