In the past two years,more and more colleges and universities have begun to build and re-build BSL-2 laboratories.At present,the construction and operation mode of the BSL-2 laboratory of medical and disease control system is not highly consistent with the BSL-2 laboratory of scientific re-search colleges and universities.As a result,there are very limited cases and operation management experience for reference in the construction and transformation of BSL-2 laboratories in colleges and u-niversities,and lack of detailed guidance.In view of the above problems,introduces the construction and operation management experience of Nankai University BSL-2 laboratory in architectural design,record management,system documents,daily supervision and other aspects,which can be used as ref-erence for other universities to build BSL-2 laboratories.
