在新一轮"双一流"学科建设背景下,研究生成为提升高校学科竞争和科技创新能力的核心力量.实验技术系列在服务对象、教学模式和科研能力上面临转型升级,以满足从本科生到研究生的多元化人才培养需求.然而,普遍存在的定位模糊和职责不明限制了实验技术人员在科研与教学创新中的潜力发挥.以天津医科大学基础医学院生物化学与分子生物学系为例,从思政教育、教育教学、科研培训及实验室管理这四个维度探讨在新背景下如何优化基础医学实验技术系列的定位和职能,旨在构建一个适应"双一流"建设需求的多层次、多维度实验技术开放体系,为实验技术人员队伍建设提供策略性指导,助力基础医学创新人才培养.
Exploration of the positioning for basic medical experimental technology series under the background of Double First-Class
Under the new round of"Double First-Class"discipline construction,graduate students have emerged as the core force in enhancing the university disciplinary competitiveness and technologi-cal innovation capabilities.Experimental technology series face transformations in service targets,teaching models,and research capabilities to meet the diverse training needs from undergraduates to graduate students.However,there is a prevalent ambiguity in positioning and unclear responsibilities constrain their potential in research and teaching innovation.Drawing on the case of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,Basic Medical College,Tianjin Medical University,the optimiza-tion of the positioning and functions of basic medical experimental technology series across four dimen-sions of ideological and political education,teaching,technology training,and laboratory management was explored.A multi-layered,multi-dimensional open system tailored to"Double First-Class"re-quirements is established,providing strategic guidance for the development of experimental technician teams and bolstering the cultivation of innovative talent in basic medicine.
