Under the support of the networked teaching management platform,the open comprehensive experimental course integrates modern biotechnology into experimental teaching,strengthens the com-prehensiveness,innovation,intersectionality and autonomy of skills,builds a comprehensive experi-mental course system at different levels,and realizes the reform goals of personalized experimental con-tent,autonomy of experimental subjects,new experimental models,and diversification of experimental assessment.Open-ended comprehensive experiments can effectively stimulate students'interest in in-dependent learning,improve the level of experimental teaching,and help strengthen the management of laboratory.Therefore,the role of open comprehensive experiments in cultivating innovative talents should be valued,and such a model should also be effectively promoted.
