Agricultural professional degree postgraduates are specialized talents for agricultural produc-tion.The key laboratory of university is the main place to train outstanding scientific and technological talents.In order to give full play to the role of key laboratory of university in promoting innovation abil-ity and social service ability of students,the research has been carried out in strengthening the con-struction of teaching staff,consolidating the foundation of scientific research platform,and taking di-rection guidance,assistant management and teaching assistant,exchange and cooperation in student training.A set of management measures has been established for the training of highly skilled agricul-tural professional degree postgraduates.
