摘要

工程力学国家级实验教学示范中心(上海交通大学)全面聚焦"新工科"背景下创新型卓越人才培养,秉承学校价值引领、知识探究、能力建设、人格养成"四位一体"的育人理念,针对不同层次、不同专业对力学教育的需求,建立了"分层次、模块化、开放式"的实验教学新体系,探索了"创新型"和"挑战型"实验教学新模式,打造了学生自主实验新平台,创建了"师生互选、多维度考核"等实验教学管理新机制,形成了具有鲜明特色的力学实验教学新范式,有效提升了学生实践能力、创新精神与自觉创造潜能,为全国高校实验教学示范中心的建设和管理提供借鉴.

Abstract

The National Demonstration Center for Experimental Mechanics Education(Shanghai Jiao Tong University)is fully dedicated to cultivating innovative and outstanding talents against the back-drop of"New Engineering".Adhering to the educational philosophy of value leadership,knowledge exploration,capability building,and personality development,a new experimental teaching system characterized by"hierarchical,modular,and open"structures,as well as new"innovative"and"challenge-oriented"teaching models,have been established to meet the needs of mechanics educa-tion at different levels and majors.Additionally,a new platform that enables students to conduct inde-pendent experiments and mechanisms for experimental teaching management,including"Teacher-student mutual selection and multi-dimensional assessment",have been created,which have formed a distinctive paradigm for mechanics experimental teaching that significantly enhances students'practical skills,innovative abilities,and conscious creative potential of students,serving as a valuable reference for the construction and operation of other experimental teaching demonstration centers.
