摘要

火焰温度场是表征燃烧过程最重要的物理量,以碳氢火焰的温度场作为测量目标,建立了一套教学与科研相结合的非接触式火焰测量平台.该实验平台是由光纤光谱仪、黑体炉、CCD传感器、氦氖激光器、火焰燃烧器等设备构成,配合高精度的重建算法,就可以实现对各类碳氢火焰实施多物理量的同时测量.实验平台的成功建立,不但可以为能动专业本科生提供实验和实践的条件,还能够让研究生有机会接触到本专业的前沿技术,促进专业的发展.

Abstract

The flame temperature field is the most important physical parameter to characterize the combustion process.In this paper,the physical field of the hydrocarbon flame is used as the measure-ment target,and a set of non-contact flame measurement platform combining teaching and scientific research is established.The experimental platform is composed of optical fiber spectrometer,black body furnace,CCD sensor,helium-neon laser,flame burner and other equipment.With high-preci-sion reconstruction algorithm,it can realize the simultaneous measurement of multiple physical quanti-ties on various hydrocarbon flames.The successful establishment of the experimental platform can not only provide a place for experiment and practice for undergraduates of active majors,but also allow graduate students to have access to the cutting-edge technologies of the major,which promotes the de-velopment of the major.
